Placing an Order

Browse the Marketplace and find the item you want to buy. Click on a listing to view details including price, delivery time, and seller rating. When ready, click Buy Now and confirm the amount.

Your payment is immediately placed into TradeShield buyer protection — it is NOT sent to the seller yet. You are fully protected until you confirm receipt.

Your money is safe. Funds are held securely by TradeShield until you confirm you received the item. The seller only gets paid after you confirm.

After You Purchase

Once your order is placed:

  1. The seller is notified and must deliver the item within the stated delivery time.
  2. You will see the order in your Orders tab with status PENDING.
  3. When the seller marks delivery, the status changes to DELIVERED.
  4. You have 72 hours to confirm receipt or open a dispute.

Confirming Receipt

Once you have received the item and verified it matches the listing description, click Confirm Receipt in your order page. This releases the funds to the seller and completes the transaction.

Only confirm after you have the item. Once you click Confirm Receipt, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. Do not confirm under pressure from the seller.

Opening a Dispute

If you did not receive the item, received something different from the listing, or believe you were scammed, open a dispute within 72 hours of delivery being marked. Go to your order page and click Open Dispute.

Our team reviews all disputes and will ask both parties for evidence. Disputes are typically resolved within 48 hours. See TradeShield dispute guide for full details.

Auto-Release Warning

If you do not confirm or dispute within 72 hours of the seller marking delivery, funds are automatically released to the seller. This cannot be reversed. Always check your orders and respond promptly.

Buying Robux or In-Game Currency

Currency listings show a price per unit. Select the quantity you want to buy, review the total, and confirm. The seller will typically deliver via a Roblox trade or in-game transfer. Always confirm delivery only after the currency appears in your account.

For Robux specifically: only buy from sellers with completed sales and positive reviews. Never conduct transactions outside the platform — you lose TradeShield protection.
