Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — subscriptions are billed weekly and you can cancel at any time. You'll keep your benefits until the end of the current billing week.
What is the platform fee?
The platform fee is a percentage taken from the seller's payout on every completed trade. It covers TradeShield buyer protection processing, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance. Free users pay 8%, Basic 6%, Pro 4%.
What is TradeShield?
TradeShield is our built-in buyer protection system. Buyer funds are held securely until the buyer confirms receipt of the item. If a dispute is raised within 72 hours, our team reviews and resolves it. Every user gets TradeShield protection regardless of plan.
What does a script bump do?
Pro users get one free bump per script per day. Bumping a script moves it back to the top of the listing on the Scripts page, increasing visibility. Perfect for keeping active scripts in front of new users.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic is built for creators who post regularly and trade actively — you get analytics, a profile badge, and a 2% fee reduction. Pro adds daily bumps, a gold PRO badge that stands out in search, the lowest 4% fee, priority support, and larger upload limits for high-output sellers.
Do you run ads?
No. Elite Roblox Market is ad-free across all plans. We make money from platform fees and subscriptions — not by selling your attention.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
You can manage your subscription from your
Account dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing week.
