1. About Elite Roblox Market

Elite Roblox Market ("we", "us", "the platform") is an independent marketplace for Roblox scripts, virtual items, accounts, and in-game currency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. Parents or guardians are responsible for any use by minors.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are created via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not:

• Share account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Impersonate another user or person
• Use automated tools to access the platform without permission

4. Marketplace & TradeShield Buyer Protection

All marketplace transactions use TradeShield buyer protection. Your payment is held until you confirm receipt of the item. Key terms:

• Sale contracts are direct agreements between buyer and seller. Elite Roblox Market facilitates the platform but is not a party to the sale.
• TradeShield is not a product guarantee. It holds payment securely — it does not guarantee quality, delivery speed, or that items work as described.
• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivering items as described.
• Auto-release: If a buyer does not confirm or dispute within 72 hours of delivery, funds are automatically released to the seller.
• Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of delivery. We review disputes and may resolve them in favor of either party based on evidence provided.

5. Prohibited Items & Activities

You may not list or sell:

• Items obtained through unauthorized access, exploits, or hacking
• Accounts with stolen payment methods or chargebacks
• Scripts designed to harm, crash, or exploit other users
• Any content that violates Roblox's Terms of Service in a way that would harm buyers
• Real-world currency, gift cards, or financial instruments

You may not:

• Conduct transactions off-platform to circumvent TradeShield
• Manipulate reviews or feedback
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the platform for money laundering or fraud

6. Platform Fees

We charge a platform fee on each completed sale:

• Free tier: 8% of sale value
• Basic ($2.99/wk): 6% of sale value
• Pro ($4.99/wk): 4% of sale value

Fees are deducted from the seller's payout at the time of confirmation. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Roblox Policy Disclaimer

Trading Robux, accounts, and items may violate Roblox's own Terms of Service. Elite Roblox Market does not encourage violation of third-party terms. Users engage in such transactions at their own risk. We are not responsible for account bans, item loss, or other consequences resulting from Roblox's enforcement actions.

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

Once a buyer clicks "Confirm Receipt", the transaction is final and no refunds will be issued. Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first raising a dispute on our platform are considered fraudulent and may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

Scripts and content uploaded by users remain the property of their creators. By listing on the platform, you grant Elite Roblox Market a non-exclusive license to display your content. You may not list content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Roblox Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or item loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. Users with active protected orders will have those resolved before termination where possible.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
