Staying Safe on the Platform

Elite Roblox Market is designed to be safe — TradeShield buyer protection means your money is held until delivery is confirmed. However, scams can still happen if you bypass platform protections. Follow these rules:

• Never trade off-platform. Any deal done outside our system has no TradeShield protection. If a seller asks to move the deal to Discord or elsewhere, refuse and report them.
• Don't confirm receipt until you have the item. Once you confirm, funds are released and cannot be reversed.
• Check seller reputation — completed sales count and review score matter.
• Be suspicious of prices that seem too good to be true. A deal significantly below market rate is often a scam setup.

Reporting a User or Listing

If you encounter a suspicious listing, a scam attempt, or rule-breaking behaviour, report it to our team immediately via the Support Center. Include:

• The username or listing URL of the suspected bad actor
• A description of what happened
• Any screenshots or evidence you have
• Your order ID if a transaction was involved

We review all reports within 24 hours and take action including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

Opening a Dispute

If a transaction goes wrong — you didn't receive the item, received something different, or the seller is unresponsive — open a dispute within 72 hours of delivery being marked.

1. Go to your Orders tab
2. Open the relevant order
3. Click Open Dispute and describe the issue
4. Our team will contact both parties for evidence

Chargebacks

Initiating a bank chargeback without first raising a dispute through our platform is a violation of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks bypass our dispute process and may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Recovery action for funds fraudulently disputed
• Being banned from the platform permanently

If you have a legitimate complaint, always use our dispute system first. It is faster, fairer, and doesn't put your account at risk.

Buying/Selling Robux Safely

Robux transactions carry additional risk because they often require a Roblox trade or group payout. To stay safe:

• Only buy from sellers with a verified track record (completed orders visible on their profile)
• Agree on the delivery method before purchasing
• Screenshot the Roblox trade window before accepting
• Do not confirm receipt until the Robux has fully arrived in your account
